Documents filled in the browser
Build a template from text, date, dropdown, table, rating and signature fields, then fill and e-sign it directly in the app. No Word round-trip, and PDF/DOCX export is optional.
A real recognition economy
Employees earn and spend coins in a rewards marketplace, redeem for items, join challenges, give kudos and post to a company feed. Recognition is part of the platform, not a plug-in.
Expense approval delegation
Name a delegate to approve expense claims for a set date range, so approvals keep moving while an approver is out, with claims scoped by category and policy.
Discussion on every payslip
Payslips carry their own comment threads with @-mentions and open / answered / closed status, so pay questions get resolved in context instead of over email.
Speak your company's language
Per-workspace label overrides rename fields and modules to match your terminology, and custom fields let you attach your own data to employees, candidates and more.

Slack Pro is $8.75 per person with no cap. At 400 people that is $3,500 a month against $750 here.
More than 500 people?
We price per organisation at that size, and the conversation includes single sign on, provisioning, audit exports, an uptime commitment and named support. Several of those are on our roadmap rather than shipped today, so we will tell you plainly what is ready and what is not before you commit to anything.

Drop in a CV, a resume or a signed contract. HuddleHRM reads it and fills the employee profile for you: name, role, start date, salary, manager, location, contract type. No forms, no copy and paste, no data entry.
This is in active development and is not available yet. It is being built to run inside your own infrastructure, so employee documents would never leave it.

What is included in each plan?
Free covers core employee records, the directory, org chart, time off and absence, document storage and notifications. Core, Pro and Suite add the modules listed in the pricing cards above.
Do we still need Slack or Teams?
For internal use, Huddle Chat and Calls provides channels, DMs, threads, files and audio and video calls as a $3 per person add-on. Billing is capped at 250 people. People outside your company cannot join conversations yet, so teams that chat with them will still want another tool.
How does per person billing work?
Each plan includes a number of people in the base price. Above that you pay per additional person per month, and the rate drops automatically as you grow. You are billed for active accounts only. Deactivated people stop billing at the end of the cycle.
What does implementation cost?
Nothing. Import your existing employee data with the built in importer and use document templates to generate contracts. Most HR platforms charge 10 to 20 percent of your annual software cost for this.
Do you support single sign on?
Not yet. SAML single sign on and SCIM provisioning are on the roadmap and are not available today. If your security review requires them, talk to us before you buy so nobody wastes time.
Can we get our data out?
Yes, at any time, from every module, in standard formats. There is no exit fee.
Can I self-host HuddleHRM?
Hosted by HuddleHRM with strict per-workspace isolation. Self-hosted deployment is on the roadmap.
How do I migrate data?
